These Terms govern your access to and use of raphion.com. By using the Site you agree to them. They do not form a sale contract for any Raphion product, which is governed separately at the dealership.
1. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist records your interest only. It does not take payment, create a purchase agreement, or guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe.
2. Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful, personal and B2B purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer the Site, nor use it to transmit unlawful content, malware, or unsolicited commercial communications.
3. Intellectual property
All trademarks, designs, imagery, and copy are property of Raphion or its licensors. Limited fair-use quotation is permitted with attribution.
4. Disclaimers
Vehicle figures, imagery, liveries and accessories are indicative and subject to final confirmation before production.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by Spanish law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 — Consumer Protection Act) and EU consumer law, Raphion's liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to the amount you paid, if any. Nothing limits liability for gross negligence, intent, or personal injury.
6. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumer disputes may be brought before the consumer's habitual residence courts. Commercial disputes are submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
