4. Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration bodies.
5. Liability for content
Pursuant to Art. 14 LSSI and Art. 14 Directive 2000/31/EC, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored. Obligations to remove information remain unaffected upon becoming aware of a specific infringement.
